A List is being developed of individuals interested in living in a FMC units at Beaver Barracks, 105 Catherine Street Phase 2, Occupancy due Fall, 2011.
An Information Session will be held late Winter or early Spring, 2011, when more details are available on the FMC units, rents and Occupancy Date. Check out progress of this development at: www.beaverbarracks.ca

FMC has confirmation for at least 6 units, possibility of 10, of 2 and 3 Bedroom units in the Beaver Barracks,
Phase 2, occupancy in Fall, 2011.

Families Matter Coop is a Housing partner with Centretown Citizens Ottawa Corporation (CCOC) in Phase 2 of the BEAVER BARRACKS Development providing over 200 new Accessible, Affordable, Sustainable homes, Apartments & Townhouses for Rent in Centretown - Fall 2010 Occupancy.
Centretown Citizens Ottawa Corporation (CCOC) is a community based non-profit housing organization.CCOC owns and operates 48 properties in Ottawa that provide over two-thousand residents with quality affordable housing. CCOC is directed and controlled by volunteers and tenants. Beaver Barracks is the 49th property of CCOC

"Families Matter Co-operative Inc. develops partnerships with the development services agencies to create residential options for their members who need minimal support to live independently. CCOC plans to designate up to ten apartments in the Phase Two Catherine St. building for people with developmental disabilities. Families Matter will act as a catalyst for securing tenants for these units through family contacts and agencies in the developmental services sector. In addition, Families Matter is interested in exploring home ownership possibilities at the Catherine building should the opportunity arise. They are aware of families that would like to purchase affordable units for their family members with developmental disabilities
